Refund Policy

Aside from renting our awesome, top-of-the-line equipment, you’re also renting our time.  For that reason, we usually don’t issue refunds and all sales are final.

  • No refunds will be given at any time after one of our editors has started to pull and review your footage.
  • No refunds will be given as a result of not liking a video.  Because we rely on our customers to provide us with content, we can not guarantee they will like the content they provided.  We always try our best to model our sample videos on our website to manage expectations.
  • No refunds will be given as a result of lost equipment.  If you receive equipment that is damaged, please contact our office immediately.

If extenuating circumstances arise, please contact us as soon as possible so we can discuss any available options.
